In the 2 and a half years, we have now been on our local news station twice, (once was when I tied at a pepper eating contest) the other was for this group. We were featured in an online paper in Louisiana and now we have been featured in this paper.

Just keep pushing people, I wanted to give up several times. I had restaurants cancel on me 2 weeks before an event and I had to scramble to find another place that was willing to host us on such a short notice, many of sleepless nights. All while working a full time job and raising an older teenager. I wanted to give up several times but with the support of Wifey, my daughter and friends, here we are today.
