I’ve been playing with focaccia dough a lot over the last few months. This time I replaced some of the water with milk and all of the oil with ghee (except oil on the hands when handling the dough).

    I’ve been wanting to give this a try for a long time. How did you manage to split the dough? You took it little by little by hand from the bowl and place It in the muffin mold? Or did you dump It out on the table, divide It there and then put It in the mold?
