



14.5 hour smoke time. Started at 225 for 12 hours then wrapped in a pan with Butter, Brown Sugar, Honey, and Orange Juice, bumped temp to 265.
Seasoned with Meat Church Texas Sugar, Honey Hog, and Holy Voodoo.
Scored a bit deep on accident but turned out incredible!

Interesting. I’ve never thought to wrap with brown sugar. Feel like it made a difference?
