For the carpaccio:
200 grams frozen beef slices (thinly sliced for carpaccio)
Handful of arugula (rocket)
100 grams parmesan shavings
15 capers
For the dressing:
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon
1 tsp red wine vinegar
Salt & black pepper

You can find pre-sliced frozen beef in the freezer section of a supermarket or deli. Alternatively, ask your butcher to cut them for you.
