I've been hacking my bakes by making one big batch of bread dough and making loaves, bagels and pizza dough out of it. Shaped the bagels into hearts for my toddlers breakfasts this week – but then she asked for heart shaped hotdogs for dinner…

Bread recipe:
150g starter
625g water
1000g Costco organic flour
10g-ish of salt

Bulk ferment for about 6 hours

Shape bread into loaves and bagels into 100g balls – bagel balls go into a muffin tin in the fridge for the night, bread in fridge too

Bread bakes at cold start for 55 min at 450

Bagels shaped with a hole poked in the middle with a finger roll, pinch at the bottom and a chopstick to the top.
Approx 2 min each side in boiling sugar water and 30 min bake at 400
