Moroccan Msmen 🇲🇦
I always make this bread in bulk and freeze them because it does take time, and it’s longer than my usual recipes but so worth it! My daughter is half Moroccan so these are a staple at home with honey, fresh fruit and of course, Moroccan mint is tea! Bsaha!

460g plain flour
100g fine semolina
1tbsp baking powder
2tsp salt
75ml oil
350-400ml warm water (more depending on your flour as each flour absorbs a little more)

For spreading the mixture you will need
100g salted butter
100ml oil
Extra semolina
