Kebab Chutney
Ingredients:
1 lemon sized ball of tamarind
1/2 Cup Water
Half Handful Coriander Leaves
Half Handful Mint Leaves
1tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Green Chillies
1/2tsp Chaat Masala
1/4tsp Salt
1/4 Onion
1tbsp Sugar
Method:
1. Boil tamarind in half cup water for 2 to 3 mins.
2. Squeeze out the pulp from tamarind.
3. Add tamarind water in a grinding jar along with coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin seeds, green chillies, chaat masala, salt, onion and sugar. Grind yo fine paste.
4. Remove in a bowl. Add little water in grinding jar and wash off remaining chutney and pour it in the bowl. You can add a little water if you want a thin chutney.
