Impressions from a beautiful dinner at Restaurant Texture in Copenhagen by French Michelin starred chef Karim Khouani ⭐️
An impressive dinner at this recently opened intimate French fine dining restaurant in Copenhagen with only 6 tables. The ambitions are sky high and the execution is impressive.
Having only opened in September 2024, Chef Khouani and restaurant manager Albert Dalum have created the strongest contender for Copenhagens next michelin starred restaurant and I would be surprised if they aren’t awarded one in Summer 2025.
The menu, great wine and hospitality were in beautiful harmony and exceeded several 2 star restaurants I have visited recently and is worth a visit for those who enjoy refined French fine dining with strong flavors and excuse the pun, texture 😅

Just heard about this place. How does it compare to some of the well known fine dining restaurants in Copenhagen? Trying to decide if I should replace something with this.
Wow awesome thank you for sharing.
These are some of the most beautifully presented and consistently plated dishes I’ve seen in a long time. It feels as if only perfectionists were behind them, and something tells me they put 100% effort into every plate.
Added to the bucket list
This looks awesome and I need that duck foot
