So I made cinnamon roll filling and swirled it in to melted white chocolate, froze it, then chopped it up into my cookie dough with biscoff pieces. It's perfect because the white chocolate cinnamon roll bark is still softer at room temperature so it's got lots of flavor (and sweetness) in every chewy bite 😋
