I custom make everyone’s plates to their liking. Two of us like dippy eggs (my husband likes one of his three yolks broken to make a biscuit sandwich with), and two like scrambled egg whites because of yolk sensitivity. The kids like to dip their biscuits in gravy, my husband likes his swimming in a bowl, and I pour gravy on everything. I’m so accommodating when I’ve had some beer and cooking, because I just zone out and get so into it haha it’s how I calm down for the day before bed!

    If you’ve ever worked in a place that serves breakfast or brunch, it blows your mind how particular everyone is about how they like every single ingredient. It is a difficult business
