I made the Allium Pizza from Modernist Pizza a couple of weeks back but I just learned of this sub yesterday so figured I'd repost this here.
White extra sharp cheddar, scallion & garlic bechamel, sweet onion, leeks, pickled red onions, charred pearl onions w/ balsamic glaze

The onions and that perfect crust, definitely belongs here we’ll give you the love they didn’t give you but you so deserve
this feels less like a pizza and more like something I grew up eating! its called a Zaatar pie, its a piece of flatbread with oil and a spice mix called zaatar on it, its delicious. I also had cheese pies. I suppose they are similar to pizza in construction (after all, a pizza is called a “pizza pie”), but this looks really good! just reminds me of one of my favorite childhood snacks 🙂
