If you’re loosing weight and only eating 70g of protein you’re muscles will loose SO MUCH mass and you will end up skinny fat. Overall- C+

Isn’t the average formula approximately 1g of protein for every 1 kg you weigh? Since the sub is more aimed at people with low TDEEs, I’m assuming you don’t weigh that much in the first place. 70g of protein sounds good so I’d disagree with everyone claiming it’s too low 🤷🏻♀️
