This is my first harvest from my Serrano plant that I started from seed in September. I made a nice salsa verde from an online recipe with cilantro, lime, onions and garlic.
I sampled the peppers individually and the heat is very variable, it averages out to a decent level without being overpowering.

Congrats!! I can’t wait to grow my first pepper. My bell is coming along nicely but my super hot is taking forever, it’s been a week since sprouting and it doesn’t have its first leaves yet. Can’t wait to make some sauce like you but seems I’ll be waiting awhile.
