I really enjoyed this meal. I’m not sure if I did something wrong with the sauce, though. Mine is much darker in color than the pictures show.
I also definitely had to stick the pork back in the oven for another 8 minutes to get it fully cooked…

I enjoy this dish too! Did you clean the pan first before making the sauce or used the pan right after cooking the pork? Directions used to say wipe out pan, but now they don’t. My sauce looked like yours since I didn’t wipe out the pan.
