  1. Are they fried and crispy? or we just talking taco sized tortillas cut up to make “individual nachos” if you will. Not knocking it at all, I’m a little ocd at times and this would really help me make nachos with the proper ratios and no dry chips *but* those tortillas gotta be crisp AF.

    THESE are nachos. I usually use just beans, cheese and pickled jalapeños. I can’t eat those piles of chips with cheese sauce and whatever else is poured on top.

    These are like the most perfect ratio to chip and topping ever. Why do I just pile it all on a plate lol looks yummy!

    Respect for the layered nachos. I’m so sick of messy piles where each chip only has one thing on it. This is totally the way to do it.
