Looks decent! I’d definitely still eat it. Hey I know it’s not warranted, but if you don’t mind taking a couple suggestions, here’s a couple:
– Thinning out the beef into strips against the grain, it’ll be easier to chow down. You can also brown it with a little more sear to crisp up some edges. Add a small dollop of the sauce mentioned next for a bit of caramelization. – Sauce wise, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce, 1-2 tbsp each to give it some deeper color and flavor. – Splash of sesame oil at the end when serving for that extra shine. – Take a picture top down or a higher angle, side shots never really get the best angle since the light reflects up rather than back at the lens.
