  1. Turkish cuisine is fantastic, and there are some traditional vegan dishes. Julius Fiedler who calls himself Hermann on YT (@BakingHermann) has showcased a few Turkish dishes. His audience goes crazy over his recipes, because people from the respective cultures say they're so authentic. Not WFPB, but he does cook everything from scratch.

  2. I think I would add lemon in this "soup" (looks more like a stew, like my soups LOL). This is so fun ! It just stimulates our creativity.

  3. It’s funny to see you all rugged up in the middle of your winter whilst we are here in my hometown only wanting to eat a cooling salad in the middle of our summer. This was fun to watch, I think you are more game than me lol.

  5. "It's like you just pulled everything you had out of the cupboards and just hoped…" Ohmygosh I am dying at how elaborate Ephraim's (spelling?) reviews of dishes have become lately. He is my favorite reviewer – He's unflinching but descriptive which is helpful!

  7. For me, reading and working with vegan cookbooks has always been more productive in terms of inspiration for my own recipes than throwing things together on my own. Which is to say, please don't stop doing cookbook reviews!
