These were terrific. I’m used to air frying wings in the winter so switching up to a regular oven method was interesting. Stupidly used whatever butter we had in the house and it happened to be low fat so the buffalo sauce split a little once it had sat. Stuck to the wings nice enough. Looking forward to doing these again!
