It turned out pretty great! I read that a few people in this sub reported that the fresh rigatoni they include with the meal results in a super underdone and doughy pasta, so when you prep the tray to bake a second time, leave it in for an extra five minutes! Comes out perfect. ❤️

My favorite old school Italian joint here in town has peas in their lasagna. It’s not many.. you get less than maybe 5 in your plated serving.. but I love it. LOL.
Apparently it’s a Sicilian thing.
