Looks like it’s too early for the people who hate this sauce. I personally think a healthy amount will taste good in the right dishes, and a small amount will add heat without affected taste too much—it’s versatile and long lasting.

Exactly. 5 FL OZ is a 10-year supply. I will refrigerate mine after I eventually open it. Last Dabs and Red Hornet are what’s in my pantry.
