Used my big turkey fryer for Thanksgiving and made around 75 wings for the game. Fried at 350F, around 8 mins per batch of 15. Buffalo sauce and butter. They came out absolutely perfect.
Had Bar Bill and Duffs wings in Buffalo in December and I have been chasing the high ever since.
