So I’m from Wisconsin so cheese is our thing. This is probably one of my favorite cheeses- it’s super hard to find I’ve only found one brand Henning’s of Kiel, WI. I get it at Festival Foods or Woodman’s Market. Paired with Klements’ summer sausage and whole wheat Ritz crackers. I’ve also found it at a small touristy cheese/gift shop past Beaver Dam on the highway when we were on our way back from Madison one day.
