    Great effort. It’s so tempting to overfill the rolls. Something says “just a bit more.” Practice will fix that. Perhaps a smaller rice to filling ratio?
    All in all, nicely done, keep posting. Thank you.

    The rice is a tiny bit congee-like still. Are you using a rice cooker? Water/rice ratio? Vinegar amount?
