Decided to go big for my birthday and grilled a 3.5 lb prime tomahawk. Turned out great! I used a medium vortex flipped over to make more heat surface. Cowboy lump charcoal. Reverse sear. Couldn’t figure out how to put a video and pictures in the same post. Thanks to all you guys posting that gave me the confidence to knock this one out!

Looks great. I’m still getting used to my vortex. Great sear, but I gotta get more comfortable to start that sear at a lower temp than I think!
Reverse sear?
