In order to keep your knife always sharp…do not use!

This is why I was so annoyed when Japanese knives first started getting popular. I had cooks telling me they couldn’t do certain prep tasks because their knives weren’t meant for that and so they needed to borrow one of mine.

After all that, what are you allowed to cut?

If they could do this for a couple hundred pages, that would be a bestseller.

I don’t want to cut the crab too, it looks too cute

  9. That is a very long way of saying don’t do stupid shit. LOL

That rice cake you’re not supposed to use the knife on, looks a lot like a person you also shouldn’t use it on… 🤷

It’s OK to open catering cans of tomatoes though.

I’d buy this as a frame-able print in a heartbeat, hang it in the home shop.

It’s missing one: Do not scrape food off of a hard surface with the edge side.

If you wouldn’t bite it then you shouldn’t “checks notes” jiggle on hard food (cut it) 🤣

These illustrations are precious. My favorite is do not expose to fire and also the crab one.

Nothing can stop me from jiggling on hard things that I put down my throat

If you can’t jiggle on hard foods, what’s the point of doing what we do?

But it doesn’t say I can’t use it as a can opener or a prybar.
