this is a side dish but I would say Ojingeojeot. I only tried it because I found it in a Korean supermarket but I’ve never seen it in a restaurant, at least the ones I tried. and it’s a shame because I loved it

Acorn jelly/도토리묵. It’s soooo good. I remember when I was a kid I thought it was so cool that we were eating acorns, like squirrels do. Up until then I thought acorns were just squirrel food 🤯
