Get a dehydrator. They have some very unique combos of rare peppers though. I love flatiron.
Buuut, I did a whole pack of habaneros and one ghost pepper and used a ninja blender and got some great sized flakes. Its a bladed pole vs blade on the bottom which I fear would just make powder. The stuff I made was excellent.

My wife got me the entire collection for my birthday last year. They’re all so good, but this one is probably my favorite. It’s very spicy, but also delicious. Smoke show is probably my second favorite and I use the Asian one on dumplings quite a bit. Just get the full package, you won’t regret it.

Imo the smoke show is the best if you like smokey flavors. I can’t feel my face has good taste but it’s hot enough I can’t use much of it. The smoke show has good heat but I can still use a decent amount. The four pepper blend is good but not much heat.

Smoke show is great. I remember a couple years ago they did “hotter” versions of smoke show and I can’t feel my face that were also delicious.

My favorite is the sweet heat. That being said I haven’t had a bad one. I think the only bottle I have left is the smoke show

It’s extremely spicy. But all the other ones are amazing! Expensive but worth it! I’d look for the variety pack.

It is truly as spicy as you would imagine. Fun challenge but not a daily for me. The double ghost is about my limit for daily use, and even that kicks my butt at times.

This is the overall favorite in my house. Not hot, a tiny bit of spice, but so flavorful.
Sweet Heat is one I’ve been using a lot lately.
Asian Reds use is obvious and great.
Four Pepper Blend is a hotter version of standard red flakes and great.
Green Ghost is surprisingly hot to me, and very good.
The Jalapeno / Roasted Garlic / Toasted Onion is amazing. Crunchy with great flavor. I use it on pizza or good bread toasted with butter.
