What is in this salsa? It’s got a lot of heat on the tongue (not a blooming heat), pretty spicy. It’s thicker and smooth. Anyone have an idea what is used?

Something like that is usually some version of a salsa with chile de arbol, although it could also be habanero based too, possibly peanut based as well but those are less common.
