Two 1/4 lbs patties of cowboy burger, which is bacon ans cheddar cheese mixed in the black Angus beef, I used spicy cheddar cheese slices, added pickled red onions, and my homemade burger sauce, mayo, mustard, Texas Pete's hot sauce. I tried shredded lettuce in the bottom of the patties. Decent burger, next time it gets some ketchup. Lol
