2 Tbsp rosemary (finely chopped),
4 Tbsp brown or turbinado sugar,
4 Tbsp kosher salt,
2 Tbsp smoked paprika,
1 Tbsp dark chili powder,
2 tsp black pepper,
(Optional) 1/2 tsp cayenne.

Works great plain or after a spicy mustard rub-down.
