If you like tuna salad this is really great, it’s helped me go down 4 pounds since its one of the meals that helps me feel full and keep my calorie deficit.
I don’t measure low calories ingredients like lettuce or onion but everything else i do
Recipe:
1 can Solid White Tuna – 130cal
diced red onion ~ 10
diced tomato ~ 8
3 medium celery sticks – 18 cal
handful thinly shredded iceberg lettuce ~ 5
1 large pickled jalapeño & juice – 8
half large lime
1 tablespoon mayo – 100cal
half tablespoon sour cream – 15 cal.
Sea salt & Black pepper
It all comes to around 300-350 calories depending on how much mayo or sour cream you add. my favorite thing to eat it with is tostadas which depending on the brand you can have 3 for 75 calories, i just eat this with regular corn chips and hot sauce.
