I’m new to this and I’ve been reading about leggy plants. I’m not sure if this would be considered leggy. Tips appreciated.

Well depends on the type. I think they’re ok maybe a bit leggy but not that bad yet. Maybe try closer to the light? Anyways with tomato’s you can plant them deeper where the dirt covers the stem cus it will root out along the stem. Some people grow them leggy on purpose to get a deeper root system.

Not bad! If you want to save both of those plants I’d pull one of them out and put it into its own pot here pretty quick!
When you repot it just bury it almost up to the lowest leaves.
Or alternately wait until you have a set of true leaves and do it then but be careful that the roots don’t get too tangled up with each other.

Slightly, but nothing to be overly concerned about. Just top off this cup with soil and ensure you have sufficient light close enough to the leaves. I would consider getting them into a larger container soon as your true leaves are showing. They look great!

Not too leggy yet but they will want stronger light starting asap.
And I would yes yes, no problem, I’ve separated tomato seedlings bigger and closer together than those.

I don’t think those are “leggy.” I think they look fine.
