    My first time making beef bourguignon as well as my first Julia child recipe. Took about 4 hours total but was definitely restaurant quality and one of the best dishes I’ve ever made. 100% a crowd pleaser! 2 heads of garlic for the potatoes but it’s not as overpowering as it sounds. Will only be making for special occasions/sundays in the future (my feet hurt 😫 lol).
