People often ask me how best to use Orzo, and this is always my answer. Something I like to make at home, I most recently made it on holiday for my wife. The perfect starter for a dinner party, or a Saturday dinner for friends where you want something a little different, not overly complicated but something that delivers massively in flavour. Best with red mullet but it depends on what you can get.

Thats not orzo! Thats called RISONI. Orzo is our italian word for what you call pearl barley! Totally different thing!

That isn't an herb that you would use for Fish. Lamb, Veal and Beef, yes yes yes, but fish? I think not Sir.
