  1. Why do you use unsalted butter and then add salt? I always buy salted butter and I'm wondering should I be doing it differently. Can you address this in one of your videos?

  2. The ones from the street vendors with a hollow core and dripping with oil were my fav. Grew up in Pierto Rico and one old man that had been doing it for over 50 yrs had it dialed in. Had some at a festival that were close all else have been churro'ish

  3. So basically, it's deep-fried choux pastry dookies tossed in cinnamon sugar and dipped chocolate sauce.

  4. Yeah, but usually I just want one churro though. I'm not doing all that work and buy the ingredients to make something that only tastes good when it's hot and fresh. Costco wins.
