Seasoned before hand with some meat church the grilled on the Weber kettle for an hour and twenty minutes, indirectly using a vortex. Sauced em with franks red hot, 3 pads of butter, minced jarlic, black pepper and Cajun seasoning.

    Also had a lump of apple wood over the vortex for some smoke.

    I use Louisiana hot sauce but other wise out sauce is almost the same

    How much charcoal was in the vortex/what temperature were you running at to cook them for an hour and twenty minutes?
