First attempt to make keto friendly flat bread. Almond flour, peanut flour, coconut cream powder, psyllium husk, teaspoon glucomannan, baking soda, apple vinegar, guar gum, 2 eggs, water, oil, garlic powder, cheese on top 1 minute before end. Using mixer to add water rapidly cause dough firms up quickly. It will be sticky but scooping with tablespoon the portions and with wet hands can form well. Tastes like real bread almost. Firm, stretchy, soft.

    I didn’t measure much, more by a feeling. Used to be chef. Salt and erythritol to taste. Also added a bit of oregano. Next time will try to weigh ingredients. Water was 1,5 cups.
