    This freezes super well and is an insanely easy way to start my day off with a ton of different nutrients, so I pretty much make more every weekend that it’s cold enough to use my oven. Probably only have one or two of those left this season. I let it cool for 1-2 hours so that it slices easily and can be wrapped up in some glad wrap before tossing it into a ziplock bag in the freezer. Take a serving out and move it to the fridge the night before, serve with hot sauce or salsa and half an avocado.
