Ingredients • 5 eggs • 1 can sweetened milk • 1 can evaporated milk • 1 cup whole milk • 2 tbsp vanilla extract • 1 1/2 cups sugar for caramel
Preparation • Preheat your oven to 385°F • Blend all of your ingredients except sugar until well combined • In a pan over medium heat add your sugar and caramelize it. The process take about 5 minutes, stirring very gently • Immediately pour your caramel onto a 7×4 inch oven safe ramekin, this will harden very fast so make sure to pour while it’s hot! • Pour your flan mix onto the same ramekin and place the ramekin in a water bath. Cover with aluminum foil • Bake for 1 hour pr until the center is jiggly but the sides are slightly firm • Let cool completely and refrigerate over night!
Idk why every food YouTuber say that it's soooo good, and delicious but like why they always think we have to believe them (I DO NOT mean to be a Karen in some way)

Great easy recipe. I'm definitely saving this to try.❤
We call this Leche Flan in the Philippines. Same ingredients but without the whole milk. Some add lemon zest.
Yummy 😊
