Made the pasta with 300g caputo semola flour and 150g room temp water and a pasta press.

The sauce is just heavy cream, butter cooked for about 15 mins then a good amount of pecorino, black pepper, garlic. I sautéed chicken and broccoli and tossed it all together once the pasta was cooked.

To be honest, I would down vote the first image, the second and third though…. damn nice 🙂

Going to all that effort to make your own bucatini… to make “chicken and broccoli ‘Alfredo’”…

Bucatini are absolutely beautiful. I cannot say the same for the dish because is way too far from my taste, but you did a really good job with bucatini

I just made something similar last night. Bucatini Alfredo with asparagus. I added blue cheese to the Alfredo sauce and topped with blackened chicken. Now I need to find the leftovers!

Fantastic pasta and love some chicken broccoli alfredo.
I think the only thing missing from the first picture is a nice sear on the chicken! The paleness of the protein is just throwing me off.
