Hi everyone. I’ve decided to return to a calorie deficit. This time, I haven’t bulked after a cut. I simply want to lose a few kilos to feel fitter and better for myself.

Meal prep made easy! Join me as we prepare a week’s worth of healthy, delicious, and nutritious meals. This week, I’m prepping low-calorie turkey meatballs, lean beef tacos loaded with protein, the crispiest potatoes you’ve ever tasted and seasoned chicken perfect for adding protein to meals. These meals are packed with protein and fibre, keeping you full longer and energised throughout the day!

Ingredients you’ll need:
Potatoes
– 1kg Trinity Gold potatoes
– ESN oil spray
– 3 tsp gyros seasoning
– 1 tsp vegetable stock seasoning

Seasoned chicken breast chunks
– 3 chicken breasts
– 2 tsp chicken seasoning
– 1 tsp garlic granules

Turkish-inspired turkey meatballs
– 1 large courgette
– 500g lean Turkey mince
– handful of minced fresh parsley
– 1 tsp Aleppo pepper flakes
– 1 tsp smoked paprika
– 1 tsp sweet pepper flakes
– 2 tsp onion granules
– 1 tsp garlic granules
– 2 tsp ground cumin
– 2 Maggi cubes
– 2 tsp tomato puree
