I love cooking pork tenderloin. Throw some Meat Church Honey Bacon BBQ on it and you’re ready to go.

    Pork loin is very versatile, I catch them on sale and with cut them into chops, or little roasts, or cube to use in stir fry.

    I’ve got two curing in my fridge now that will become “ham” for sandwiches or sliced and fried for like a Canadian bacon.
