I have Boka reserved this weekend for RW 2025 and am awfully excited, but I am not currently sure what’s particularly a stand-out on the menu!

I think the menu is similar if not identical to last year (attached an image of this year’s menu below), so if anyone has any insight or recommendations on what’s good for each course, please let me know. I’m currently leaning towards the tartare, scallop/ravioli, chicken/pork, and have honestly no clue for dessert, but I could be easily persuaded for anything.
