Last night's dinner. Six chicken thighs marinaded in a jar of Adobo Barbacoa sauce from the grocery store for about 3 hours. Placed in the flat basket attachment and cooked at 425 degrees for about 40 minutes. Turned out moist and delicious, served with sautéed veg, diced tomatoes and guacamole.
