24 egg muffins with breakfast sausage, fresno peppers, and onions. 6 portions of pasta salad with protein pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, frta, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, 6 portions of white rice, 80/20 ground beef, broccoli, fresno peppers, and some Panda Express sauce. And 6 portions of white rice, chicken thighs, and premade Tikka Masala sauce. 4 hours of prep time, but its for just the wife and I.
