Oh how I love this so much.
The steak is a nice char while still juicy and tender on the inside. The Cognac Pepper Sauce is rich, sharp, peppery, and goes great with the fries dipped in it too. The fries are light, crispy, fresh, and you definitely need a side of mayo – French style!
