One of my favorite ramen spots has this on the table and I enjoyed it on there

It really is very versatile, I have found. Use it in place of cayenne for starters.

  3. Sprinkled this on Karaage instead of salt. Works great

You just sprinkle it on top of stuff. it’s a condiment/dressing not an ingredient.
It will go on anything even vaguely south Asian. It’s not particularly strong, but the flavours increase as it soaks in.

  5. Shichimi is my go to for Japanese curry, ramen, and rice

I also put Ichimi (just the peppers) on everything

  6. Any soup you want. Ramen, miso, whatever. I also like on rice dishes/bowls, and Japanese curry/stew

  7. ColdFilteredBear

I put this spice and some soy sauce on baby bok choy in my wok and it’s excellent!

  8. Amazing on edamame that has been yeeted in a wok
