Anyone deal with this happening to their Rosso capsules? [Image shows what happens trying to get the pod unstuck from my machine]

To be specific, the pod got stuck inside instead of dropping into the container below—And not in a skewed, crooked way, but just completely stuck inside as if it were made of glue—No partial release. First time this happened to me with any capsule! Including sketchy Amazon ones to Nespresso branded ones. A relative gifted me a few boxes of the Rosso (Canadian, compostable, original style capsules) and this happened on one of my recent uses. Did I do something wrong lol? And has anyone experienced this with Rosso capsules before because trying to get this mess out of my effing machine almost broke it. The images are the aftermath of me finally being able to get it out.

Maybe some kind of sealant used to make the capsules is melting and adhering to the internals of your machine?

I have some compostable capsules made by Nespresso and I have to pop them out immediately after brewing because they become mushy. I think it has something to do with how they are made in order to be compostable. Although they are tasty I won’t purchase them again.

I bought Rosso capsules a couple times in the past and didn’t experience any problems (except maybe some water coming out before espresso). Did you leave the capsule in the machine after brewing for some time?
