Chef what's the temp and how long?

Chef what brand and model is the food processor, i like the size and it definitely works very well
I love cheesecake. I make them all the time. i use a silicon cake mold to put my springform in instead of using all that aluminum foil. It is a game changer So much easier for water bath and better for our environment try it @chef
Just a few words to express gratitude to chef Jean-Pierre. I recently celebrated a birthday and, for dessert, I asked my wife to prepare this pecan pumpkin cheesecake. I helped her a bit, just so I could get my hands into it. Well, it was a major hit with family and friends, including my 100 y/o mom. We had homemade pumpkin purée so we used that or course. My wife loved the detailed instructions (and video). Merci Chef ! 🙂

I finally had a chance to make this yesterday. Unbelievable result. I've never baked a cheesecake in my life and it came out absolutely perfect. No bubbles, no cracks, flawless crust . . I just followed the instructions and it all came together.

Love the video. Im going to ttry and make a smaller one (~6") for my wife, would the baking time/temp need to be adjusted or would what is suggested work just fine?
I just put mine into the oven, only with roasted sweet potato instead of canned pumpkin. if licking the beater is anything to go by it's going to be CJP finger twiddles GOOD!

I made this for Christmas, was blown away at how wonderful it tasted. I received nothing but great compliments from everyone, this was a huge hit.
This is an amazing cheesecake! The spices are there but in the background, the texture is perfect, the method unimpeachable. I served a slice to a lady who said (and she has good reason to know) it was "of professional quality"! I did some things a bit differently than the recipe, though. I used sweet potato instead of pumpkin but used about 70% of the sugar called for, no problem. The crust…. the pecans were so good, but the sugar sweetness was a bit too much in the foreground for my taste. Next time I make this I may put no sugar at all in the crust, I believe the sweetness of the cookies alone will be sufficient.

p.s. I also actually did cut it into twelve slices, not eight. That was enough for one serving!

How big of a mixer is that ?
My trick to avoid all the potential messes and dramas of a waterbath is to put the waterbath on the rack below the cheesecake. I haven't noticed even a tiny downside to this trick (though maybe a professional chef might find one).
The spray is good it's the gas inside that's no good use butter chef
