Had to go back and change like 12 days of logging. I realized because I was eating one and I thought 'huh this one must be wrong because that's too many nuts for 150 cals๐Ÿฅฒ'

    Ya, I donโ€™t do the 1200 calorie thing but I stay away from nuts. Canโ€™t get much for your calories lol

    There are these so called low cal chips. It says something like 96 cals on the front. I ate the whole bag and felt really full, i checked the back and it says 96 cals per serving of 20g. The whole bag was 100g. I just downed 500 cals on 1 bag of chips. Insane marketing strategy. Fcking hate it when they write serving cals…

    Either give the full calls of the whole bag or give me calls per 100g as usual. Its easy to calculate on the spot that way.

    Bruh I hate it when they have 2 servings of a small thing but only put the calories for one, like who the hell is having half of the thing?? I always check the calories anyway but it’s just dissapointing when you realize the serving ๐Ÿฅฒ

    Before I tracked calories, I thought nuts were low calorie and high proteinโ€ฆ..I now know I was wrong about both ๐Ÿฅฒ

    If it makes you feel better we only absorb around 70% of calories from nuts!

    Nuts and trail mix are diabolical. I limit to like a pinch of sunflower seeds on salad.

    Although I haven’t cut out any major food groups (like carbs) while I’ve been losing, there are specific food items that I avoid because the hit to my calorie budget isn’t worth it. Nuts/trail mix are high on that list (and mayo-laden sandwiches…I do miss those). No way am I going to be happy with a measly quarter cup (four tablespoons!) of trial mix. Instead, I can have one of my favorite snacks of a reduced-fat cheddar cheese stick (Lucerne brand is so good…can’t tell it’s reduced fat) with a banana for 175 calories and satisfy that sweet/salty craving.

    My sweet fiancรฉ suggested getting me some nuts when I was feeling snacky. I was like oh god please NO hahaha. Learned that lesson already wahย 

  13. It should be heavily fined to not put the Entire amount of calories on a package Always.

  14. I think servings should be banned lol. Unless it’s a huge item.
